We are not able to hold our regular free CPR classes during COVID19. We are offering individual training sessions instead. If you need non-certifying training in CPR, please email cpr@rescue1.org
Bystander CPR can double or triple someone’s chance of survival in an emergency. That’s why we’re proud to offer free CPR training for caretakers, parents, family members, and anyone else that wants to learn. Although these classes are non-certifying, they are taught under the American Heart Association’s Friends and Family program by certified AHA instructors and professional healthcare providers.
Adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and choking relief will be covered. To sign-up for a class, please select a date below.
*These classes do NOT provide a certification and do NOT serve as the hands-on portion for hybrid certification or re-certification classes. Participants must be 16 or older, able to perform moderate exercise, and kneel on the ground.
